By playing Venn-acular you agree to these terms. They are short, and we have tried to keep them fair.

Using the game

Venn-acular is free to play for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please play fairly: do not try to disrupt the game, overload its servers, submit automated or fake results, or copy the puzzles or dictionary in bulk.

Your content

When you report a word or submit a result, you allow us to use that information to run and improve the game, as described in the privacy policy.

Our content

The game's design, puzzles, code, text and graphics belong to Venn-acular. You are welcome to share your results and screenshots. The word lists are built in part from public-domain sources, such as the ENABLE word list.

Advertising

The game is supported by ads from third parties such as Google AdSense. We do not control the content of individual ads, and links in ads lead to sites we are not responsible for.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is". We work to keep it running smoothly and accurately, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that every valid word will be accepted. Scores, streaks and stats stored on your device can be lost if your browser data is cleared.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Venn-acular is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the game.

We may update the game and these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
